Montrose Shopping Park's low-rise Honolulu Avenue storefronts and rear service alleys reward walking rounds tied to opening and closing. Residential coverage runs from the historic blocks of Rossmoyne and Verdugo Woodlands to downtown high-rise condominiums with concierge desks.

Glendale runs its own police and fire departments, and that shapes the whole program. Reporting, organized-retail-theft follow-up, and escalation go to the Glendale Police Department at 131 N.
